The Rockstar Music Camp—sponsored by and held at Smash Studios NYC in the heart of Manhattan—is a unique after-school and weekend program for kids ages 7 to 17 learn to play instruments and/or sing, while playing, recording, and performing in a band. Smash Studios is world-famous for hosting stars from Paul McCartney to Post Malone and emerging artists alike since 1989. Now home to The Rockstar Music Camp, Smash Studios is proud to host this rockin opportunity for kids to learn how to play an instrument and/or sing, or hone their budding skills. Open to all instruments (including voice) and all skill levels, our sessions are taught by professional musicians in a fun, supportive, and stress-free environment that inspires creativity, confidence, and a lifelong love of music
Fall/Winter Weekend Program 2025
The Rockstar Music Camp fall/winter program 2025 introduces a unique opportunity for budding Rockstars. Unlike other band-focused teaching programs, our new program incorporates all aspects a true Rockstar should learn including learning music while playing your instrument or singing in a band guided by a NYC Pro Musician, recording in an actual recording studio, and then performing on camera for a professionally shot music video. The program includes Pro Musician Band Leader, Studios for rehearsals/recording/video production, recording and video.
